By downloading or using the Serenio app, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. Please read them carefully.

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Use govern your access to and use of Serenio. By using the app, you confirm that you are at least 13 years of age and agree to these terms.

2. Subscriptions, Payments & Refunds

• Serenio offers auto-renewing subscriptions (Monthly and Yearly) that unlock premium content.
• A free trial period may be offered. After the trial, payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google account.
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscription at any time through your device's account settings (App Store → Apple ID → Subscriptions).
• Refunds: All purchases are processed by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). Refund requests must be submitted directly through the respective platform, as we are unable to issue refunds ourselves. To request a refund from Apple, visit reportaproblem.apple.com. For Google Play purchases, please use the Google Play support page.
• We do not provide refunds for partial subscription periods, except where required by applicable law.

3. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use the Serenio app for personal, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or sublicense the app or its content.

4. Content

All audio content, guided meditations, and sound recordings available in Serenio are owned by or licensed to us. You may not record, distribute, or reproduce any content from the app without express written permission.

5. User Accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account. We are not liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account.

6. Prohibited Use

• Using the app for any unlawful purpose
• Attempting to gain unauthorised access to any part of the service
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity of the app
• Reverse engineering or decompiling the app

7. Disclaimers

Serenio is provided for relaxation and wellness purposes only. It is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. If you have a sleep disorder or mental health condition, please consult a qualified healthcare provider.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Serenio and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the app after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
